Get ready for a delightful treat! Baskin Robbins introduces distinctive ice cream flavors every month. For four years I led the creative development of both print and digital content for Baskin-Robbins. Starting with the photography, we create a concept that presents each flavor in an enticing and upscale way, highlighting the imperfect charm of real premium ice cream, beverages, and cakes.
This national photography is featured at the store level as essential Point of Purchase (POP) elements. Myself and my team of desgners and copywriters would also craft the website, mobile app and emails on a monthly cadence to promote the newest flavor treats, beverages, custom cakes and promotions.
When we took over the digital business the first thing we noted was the emails could use a refresh. The template was a bit static and had some outdated design elements. After a full analysis, we introduced a new email standard. Here are a few of the improvements.
