I MISSED A RELEASE… WILL THERE BE MORE PRINTED?
Once it’s gone, it’s gone. It will never be reprinted again.
CAN I HOLD AN ITEM IN MY CART?
Since these items are very limited in their print run, your purchase is not considered official until you receive an order confirmation.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.
REFUNDS ARE ISSUED VIA PAYPAL ONLY FOR THE FOLLOWING REASONS:
• An item was oversold (due to a heavy volume of simultaneous orders), whereby our stock of that item is depleted.
• The customer created multiple orders; on purpose or by accident.
• A customer wished to cancel their order before it shipped. In which case, please send a prompt email to foxstreetink@gmail.com.
OTHERWISE, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
MY PACKAGE ARRIVED DAMAGED?
Exchanges only for damage in shipping. For damaged packages, please send an email to foxstreetink@gmail.com along with a hi-res photo of the damaged shipping tube/print. If it is deemed that the print is indeed not of an acceptable quality to the buyer, at that point it becomes a claim issue with the USPS. Per USPS instruction the item cannot be re-mailed. re-posting an item will invalidate the claim. With that in mind please contact me so I can locate the receipt and send to you to start the claim process. I pack these to take some abuse, so hopefully this is a rare issue.
SHIPPING RATES:
(no EXCEPTIONS, and no negotiation. Multiple items are shipped together in the same tube. Max of 2 items per tube)
• Continental US = $10 (Shipped USPS)
• Alaska & Hawaii = $10 (Shipped USPS)
• Canada = $18 (Shipped USPS)
• International = $18 (Shipped USPS)
Also note that when shipping to other countries, each country has it’s own rules regarding customs charges, VAT and duties. These will be paid by the buyer. I list the value of the contents of the package and can’t anticipate what each country might charge once it goes through customs.
SHIPPING POLICIES:
All packages are shipped from Dallas, TX via USPS. Each package ships with a delivery confirmation number that is trackable on www.usps.com. Prints will be wrapped in craft paper and mailed in a cardboard shipping tube. Everything is sealed with packing tape.
DO YOU PROVIDE TRACKING NUMBERS?
Tracking information is included in the shipping cost for orders going to Canada and the US. Tracking information is not provided for international orders, however, due to the high cost.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR ME TO GET MY ORDER?
Orders usually ship within 2 Weeks after receiving payment. If for some reason there is a delay we will notify you immediately. Actual shipping times vary but we have found that customers usually receive their package within a couple of weeks of shipping. International orders could take 4-6 weeks. Please be aware that shipping times can never be guaranteed.
RETURNED PACKAGES?
If your package gets returned for any reason by USPS, it is your responsibility to pay to have the item reshipped, PLUS any additional charges that USPS charges us to return the package.
